Petitioners are accused in connection with Panchrukhi P.S. Case No. 182 of 2016 registered under Sections 420, 423, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120B/34 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. Petitioners neither have sold out nor have encroached upon land of any other person. The land in question is the Khatiyani land of the forefather of petitioners. Even the lands are mutated in the name of grand father of the petitioner, Jamabandi has also been created in his name and rent receipts are also upto date. It is submitted that petitioners have no criminal antecedent

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12341 of 2017 (2) dt.30-03-2017 2/2 and are in custody since 17/19.01.2017.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VI, Siwan in connection with Panchrukhi P.S. Case No. 182 of 2016.
