The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 26 of 2020 registered for the offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is accused in the present case for looting Rs. 70,000.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and he has not been put on Test Identification Parade and his name has come on confessional statement of a co-accused and he is in custody since 23.03.2023.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41674 of 2023(2) dt.14-07-2023 2/2 for bail.

Considering the above, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completing nine months in custody, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-III, Gaya (Bihar) in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 26 of 2020.

The petitioner will visit concerned Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
