In the light of the order of the High Court under contempt dated 18.10.2011 passed in CWJC No. 4940 of 2007, case of the husband of the petitioner has been referred to the Commissioner, Tirhut Division, Muzaffarpur for considering his case for exemption from appearing in the Departmental Accounts Examination under letter No. 970 dated 18.09.2015.

3. Let Commissioner, Tirhut Division, Muzaffarpur

Patna High Court MJC No.4625 of 2014 dt.21-09-2015 2/2 consider the aforesaid request as early as possible, in any case within a reasonable time, not exceeding two months from the date of receipt of the letter dated 18.09.2015 annexing a copy of this order.
