JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The impugned order goes to show that petitioner was earlier on bail but his bail bond was cancelled on 18.02.2014. However, petitioner was remanded in this case on 28.01.2019 and since then he is languishing in jail custody. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge
