The petitioner is accused in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 35 of 2014 registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66 and 67 of the I.T. Act.

The accusation is that petitioner took cash of Rs.5,00,000/- to the father of the informant to provide the job of Ticket Collector (T.C.) in the Railway Department introducing himself as close of Personal Assistant to Minister. While informant was taken by this petitioner at Mumbai and he was medically examined and his name was shown as selected

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6255 of 2017 (2) dt.08-03-2017 candidate in the result and ultimately he was sent to Kota but, after some time, informant found that he was cheated by the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to ulterior motive and the charge sheet has already been submitted against him. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and in custody since 28.09.2016.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 35 of 2014. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
