JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-08-2016 Heard Sri Tribhuwan Narayan, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. Two petitioners, who are in custody since 06.06.2016, on an allegation of recovery of country-made liquor, in connection with Durgawati P.S. Case No.145/2016 registered for the offence under Section 47(a) of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act,2016, have prayed for grant of bail. Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

However, keeping in view the nature of accusation and period of custody, let both the petitioners, namely, (i) Sahatim Bind (ii) Sharwan Bind @ Shrawan Bind be released on bail on
