Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376(G)/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of POCSO Act.

Again, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail on the grounds mentioned by me in my previous order dated 21.06.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24297 of 2016 and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with POCSO Case No. 06 of 2016 arising out of Parbatta P.S. Case No. 28 of 2016 pending in the court of 1st Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge (POCSO), Khagaria stands rejected.
