Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498A, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 37(b)(C) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Petitioner allegedly assaulted to his wife after consuming wine. Petitioner is in custody since 11.02.2019. Petitioner has got criminal antecedent of identical nature under the Excise Act.

Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail if the trial is not concluded within a period of six months from the date of framing of the
