Petitioner seeks bail in Mairwa P.S. Case No.98 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 414 Indian Penal Code and Section 11(a) 11(D), 11(F), 11(H), 11(K) of Prevention of Cruelty to Animal Act, 1960.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was taking two cows on the vehicle to sale in the fair. He was driver of the vehicle.

It is alleged that two red colour cows tied with rope have been recovered from the vehicle near the Panchayat Bhawan.

Petitioner is in custody since 24.04.2019 having clean antecedents.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VII, Siwan, in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No.98 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
