====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DR. ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 28-08-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Matihani P.S. Case No. 100 of 2021, lodged on 23.08.2021, under Sections 363 and 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution, the FIR has been lodged against unknown accused persons against whom there is an allegation of kidnapping of informant's father.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He submits that there is nothing incriminating against the present petitioner and also there is no allegation of conspiracy against him.

5. Counsel further submits that the petitioner is a daily wage labour and earning member of his family and due to dirty

6. Counsel further submits that criminal antecedent of the petitioner is not clean. There are two criminal cases pending against him in which he is on bail in both the cases and he is in custody since 22.11.2021.

7. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there is direct allegation of kidnapping of informant's father by the petitioner and the other accused persons

8. In the present facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

9. Accordingly, the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
