The substituted petitioners are aggrieved by order dated 06.08.2010 (Annexure-1) passed in Mutation Revision Case No. 39 of 2010 by the respondent District Collector, Aurangabad, whereby the aforesaid revision filed on behalf of the original writ petition Prabhawati Devi has been dismissed and the order dated 16.03.2010 (Annexure-2) passed in Mutation Appeal No. 14 of 2009 by the respondent DCLR, Aurangabad has been affirmed.

3. Indisputably, against the impugned order, the petitioners have alternative and efficacious remedy before the Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna in view of the provisions contained in

Patna High Court CWJC No.4193 of 2011 (5) dt.27-08-2014 2/2 under Section 9 of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009.

4. In above view of the matter, the present writ petition stands dismissed with a liberty to the petitioners to approach the learned Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna for grant of appropriate relief (s).
