Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No.37 of 2015, registered under Sections 392/364 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is a case of abduction and coupled with highway robbery lodged against some unknown miscreants.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that neither the looted vehicle was recovered from the possession of the petitioner nor any other incriminating material, only except disclosure of his name by a co-accused Ranjit Kumar in his confessional statement made before the police, there is no other material against him, even the petitioner was also not put on TIP; investigation has been concluded and the petitioner has no

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances petitioner Rahman Ansari is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No.37 of 2015.
