JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 28-04-2023 The present petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs :- "(i) For issuance of writ in the nature of command directing the respondents to take sympathetical decision upon the different representation, which has been filed by

Patna High Court CWJC No.10581 of 2022(2) dt.28-04-2023 2/2 petitioners along with other villagers for shifting the proposed site of International Bus Stand from the Mauza Milkipar to different Mauza.

(ii) For issuance of direction to the official respondents not to take any final decision regarding acquisition of land of Mauza Milkipar for construction of proposed International Bus Stand till final disposal of this writ petition."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the Principle Secretary, Revenue and Land Reforms Department, New Secretariat, Patna for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought, is granted. It is needless to state that in case, appropriate representation is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered in accordance with law and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed within a period of six weeks, thereafter.
