ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 18-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 17.4.2009 passed by the A.D.J. -VI, Patna, in Criminal Revision No. 510 of 2007 by which he has affirmed the order dated 2.7.2007 by which the Magistrate has refused to discharge the Petitioner in Complaint Case No. 2790(c) of 2006.

It has been submitted that Final arguments were in progress when stay was granted by this Court, which is unjustified. Considering the aforesaid, the application stands dismissed.
