12-08-2016 Heard Sri Upendra Prasad No. 2, learned counsel, assisted by Sri Suresh Prasad Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.C. to Govt. Pleader - 10. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition pertains to a dispute in relation to appointment of Shiksha-Mitra, whereas, learned State counsel submits that after the cut-off date i.e. 31-07-2006, the post of Shiksha-Mitra has already been abolished and the said decision

Patna High Court CWJC No.12946 of 2011 (8) dt.12-08-2016 2/2 has already been approved by the Full Bench of this Court. In view of facts and circumstances, the Court considers that present writ petition has become infructuous. The writ petition stands dismissed as same has become infructuous.
