JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 25(1-B)a,26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
It is alleged that accused persons were moving on two motorcycles when on chase one Birendra Yadav was apprehended from whom arms were recovered who suggested the name of escaped associates as petitioners.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners are sought to be arrested on the statement of co accused. Since the recovery has not been made from the petitioners, it is a case for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23943 of 2015 (2) dt.09-07-2015 2/2 petitioners by the learned court below in case the petitioners surrender within six weeks from today in connection with Nauhatta (Darhar OP) P.S. Case No. 213 of 2014 pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Saharsa.
This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
