JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-05-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in spite of the order dated 21.04.2015 and 06.05.2015 passed in this case granting protection to the petitioner against arrest, petitioner has been arrested and as such this application for bail in anticipation of arrest has become infructuous. He seeks leave to withdraw this application so that he may move for the regular bail before the appropriate Court.
