1. Heard the parties.

2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Ara Muffasil P.S. Case No. 66 of 2025 dated 14.03.2025 registered under Section 190, 191(2), 126(2), 115(2), 109, 118(2), 352, 351(2) of the B.N.S.

3. As per the F.I.R. on 13.03.20025 the son of the informant was in the field for purchasing tomato in the meanwhile all the F.I.R. named accused persons along with the petitioner attacked upon the son of the informant with lathi, danda due to which he sustained injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case being the wife of the co-accused / Kashi Nath Bind. The allegation is general and omnibus in nature against all the accused persons and no

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40247 of 2025(2) dt.16-07-2025 2/2 specific overt act has been alleged against the petitioner. A counter case has been filed by the side of the petitioner against the informant and others bearing Ara Muffasil P.S. Case No. 67 of 2025. The petitioner is a lady.

5. Regard being had to the submission made by the parties, taking into consideration the fact that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner, she is a lady and case and counter case is there between the parties, accordingly, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Bhojpur, Ara, DistrictBhojpur in connection with Ara Muffasil P.S. Case No. 66 of 2025 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the B.N.S.S. 2023.
