Petitioner seeks bail in Adapur P.S. Case No.20 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25(1-B)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that one country made pistol and one knife were recovered from possession of the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 21.01.2019.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East
