Petitioner is accused in connection with Andar P.S. Case No. 176 of 2015 registered under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.
The accusation is of recovery of 25.25 quintal wheat in 86 bags to the Flour Mill of the petitioner. Some of the bags are said to be of Food Corporation of India.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in fact, the petitioner is running flour mill and none of the bags belong to the Food Corporation of India. In fact, the seized wheat belongs to the customer of the petitioner and the landlord and that bags were purchased from the market. It is
