JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 5 F.I.R named accused are said to have committed the murder of the deceased. So far as petitioner and one Awadhesh Rai are concerned, they are said to have hatched conspiracy but, admittedly, co-accused Awadhesh Rai has already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court whereas petitioner is in jail custody since 16.06.2016 and the investigation against the petitioner appears to have already been completed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran in connection with Awatar Nagar P.S.Case No. 109 of 2014.
