The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Tr. No. 140 of 2017 arising out of Birpur P.S. Case No.27 of 2016 registered under Sections 414 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that though the petitioner is in custody since 18.02.2016, till date only two witnesses have been examined during trial.
Considering the submission made above and the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13156 of 2017 (2) dt.29-03-2017 2 / 2 observation made in the order dated 19.05.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21719 of 2016, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Birpur, Supaul in connection with Tr. No. 140 of 2017 arising out of Birpur P.S. Case No. 27 of 2016.
