JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-12-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.(a) A writ in the nature of Mandamus or any appropriate writ, order(s), direction (s) to commanding and directing the respondent to pay the dues salary for the period of 01.04.1997 to 30.09.2002 which is amounting to Rs. 6,03,074/-(Six Lacs Three thousand and Seventy four) with penal interest."

Patna High Court CWJC No.9974 of 2023(2) dt.11-12-2023 2/2 petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
