2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 341, 323, 448, 509, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, allegation against this petitioner is of assault with farsa on the head of informant. Doctor has found the injury simple. Case and counter case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
4. Considering the simple nature of injury and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43418 of 2024(3) dt.04-09-2024 2/2 let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Madhubani in connection with Babubarhi P.
