Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Daudpur P.S. Case No.112 of 2017 registered under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation in brief is that the informant gave his J.C.B. to one Awalesh Singh on rent, later on he sold the J.C.B. to this petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant had not given J.C.B. to the petitioner rather to one Awalesh Singh, moreover the J.C.B. was also not recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner rather it was recovered by the police in an abandoned condition.
