2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief/reliefs:

"(I) To issue an appropriate order/s, direction/s including a writ preferably in the nature of Mandamus for directing the respondents Authorities to place the services of the petitioner along with other appointees of 2004 batch and above the appointees of 2009 batch and accordingly make correction in the seniority list. (II) For commanding the respondents to grant seniority to the petitioner in terms of the select list prepared against the advertisement No. 01/2004 relating to the appointment of constables in District Force, Motihari.

(IV) To any other relief/s to which the petitioner may be found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. Petitioner has not submitted representation so also not furnished the details of the date of seniority list to which petitioner is seeking for alteration of ranking. In the light of these facts and circumstances, in the absence of representation and other material information, petitioner is not entitled to relief sought in the present petition.

4. Accordingly, writ petition stands dismissed, reserving liberty to the petitioner to file a representation. If such representation is submitted, the same shall be decided at the earliest in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to such of those persons whose right is likely to be affected in the event of granting relief to the petitioner.
