JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 02-04-2015 Despite repeated calls, none appears on behalf of the petitioner in support of the present writ petition. Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent nos.2 and 3 submits that the claim of the petitioner for his appointment as Fertilizer Dealer was considered by the duly constituted Committee of Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd., Mumbai, but, on consideration of the materials, it was found that the petitioner is a non-operative dealer. Therefore, it was decided not to appoint him as a dealer.

The order rejecting the claim of the petitioner has not been brought on record by the writ petitioner. In above view of the matter, the relief sought for on behalf of the petitioner in the present writ petition cannot be granted to him.

Patna High Court CWJC No.15019 of 2010 (6) dt.02-04-2015 In the result, the writ petition has to fail and is, accordingly, dismissed, but there shall be no order as to costs. (Birendra Prasad Verma, J) Arvind/- U
