Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The petitioner is owner of the boat on which foreign liquor was being carried, though the petitioner allegedly managed his escape on another boat. However, the person arrested on the boat confessed that the boat was of the petitioner. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 06.04.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete. Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty
