JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sangrampur P.S. CaseNo.52 of 2016 registered under Sections 413, 414, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the alleged recovery of one stolen Bolero vehicle from possession of the petitioner as also his involvement in another case of identical nature, I am not inclined to grant him bail for the present. Accordingly, the application for bail is rejected.

The learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari (East Champaran), before whom the matter is pending, is directed to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35122 of 2016 (2) dt.20-08-2016 2/2 frame charges without any delay and proceed with the trial on dayto-day basis and conclude the same at the earliest. In case the trial is not concluded within nine months from the date of framing of charges, the petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
