2. Petitioners apprehends their arrest in connection with Teghra PS Case No. 176/2022 dated 23.06.2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/323/324/326/307/506/ 34 of the IPC.

3. As per FIR, while negotiation/panchayati was going on between the parties, petitioner no.1 assaulted the father of the informant by means of Katta (a sharp edged weapon) on his right hand. Petitioner no.2 assaulted the informant by means of Farsa due to which he sustained head injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both the parties are closely related and there is a longstanding land dispute between them for which the Panchayati was going on. He further submits that the injuries sustained by the informant and his father are simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance.

5. Regards being had to the submissions made by the parties, taking into consideration that the injuries caused to the informant and his father are simple in nature, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Teghra PS Case No. 176/2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) CrPC.
