Petitioner is accused in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 06 of 2014 registered under Sections 396 of the I.P.C. and 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substance Act.
Submission is that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, the name of the petitioner has been surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Jalandhar Ray and Suresh Sahni. Except the confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner to show his involvement in the present case. It is also submitted that Jalandhar Ray and Suresh Sahani have already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 26974 of 2015 and Cr. Misc. No.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27726 of 2016 (2) dt.12-07-2016 2/2 20802 of 2014 on 13.10.2015 and 18.07.2014 respectively. Petitioner is in custody since 11.03.2016.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Pupari at Sitamarhi in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 06 of 2014. Out of two sureties, one surety must be parents or close relatives of the petitioner.
