JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-01-2015 The instant Special Leave to Appeal has been filed against order dated 12.3.2014, passed in Supaul Trial Case No.28 of 2014 by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Supaul. I find no ground for interfering with the order of acquittal, as the learned Magistrate has considered the evidence of all the witnesses. This Special Leave to Appeal, is refused, as such.

However, it will be open for the petitioner to pursue the maintenance case, if any, filed by her. Needless to state that in case such case has been filed, the learned Principal judge, Family court in seisin of the maintenance case would expedite its hearing.
