Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the aforesaid order dated 24.10.2013 has actually been complied with on 20.11.2013 after expiry of the peremptory time.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite parties do not dispute the aforesaid submissions. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, Cr.Misc.
