2. State counsel accepts notice for Respondents.

3. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief/reliefs:

"(i) For issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to transfer this female petitioner to two quite minor children to a place in her home district of Gaya or in a nearby district so that she may look well after and facilitate the education of the said two minor children besides helping other family members, viz. Her husband, father and mother-in-laws, in particular.

And/or

Patna High Court CWJC No.1488 of 2021 dt.24-01-2022 2/2 (ii) For passing such other Order (s)/direction (s) for any other relief (s) as Your Lordships may deem fit and proper in the best interest of her said two school going minor children and her husband, father-in-law and mother-in-law."

4. Short question for consideration is whether petitioner is entitled to transfer in a particular post and place or not? In this regard, petitioner submitted representations and the concerned authority has not yet taken decision on the petitioner's representations, therefore, the concerned authority is hereby directed to decide petitioner's representations within a period of one month from the date of receipt of this order and communicate the decision to the petitioner.
