Petitioner no.2 apprehends her arrest in Purnea Sadar P.S. Case No.24 of 2021 registered under Sections 8, 21 and 22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has committed no offence and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is a lady. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner. Nothing has been recovered from her possession. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Case No.02 of 2021 arising out of Purnea Sadar P.S. Case No.24 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
