This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Baliya P.S. Case No.90 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 411 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The motorcycle of the informant was stolen.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. There is no recovery from the petitioner. He has clean antecedent. He is in custody since 05.04.2023.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42225 of 2023(2) dt.14-07-2023 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Baliya P.S. Case No.90 of 2023.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his presence in Baliya Police Station, District- Begusarai on first Sunday of every month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
