JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One mobile set, one motorcycle, one hammer etc. are said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that seized motorcycle belongs to sister of the petitioner and so far as mobile is concerned, the same belongs to the petitioner. Moreover, having similar allegation, co-accused Rustan Dom has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nawada Town P.S.Case No. 05 of 2016.
