JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-09-2021 This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 20.7.2021, passed in Cr.Misc.No. 9537/2021. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that due to inadvertence, father's name of the petitioner no. 1 has wrongly been mentioned in the cause title of the aforesaid order as Rajadin in place of Rojadin. Similarly, name of petitioner no.2 has wrongly been mentioned as Rajadin in place of Rojadin.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49028 of 2021(2) dt.15-09-2021 2/2 Husband's name of petitioner no.3 was wrongly written as Rajadin in the place of Rojadin. Father's name of petitioner no.4 is wrongly mentioned as Shalid Alam in place of Shahid Alam. It is also submitted that name of parentage of petitioner no.1 and husband name of petitioner no.3 may also be modified to Rojadin in place of Rajadin and in case of petitioner no.4, his father's name may be modified to Shahid Alam in place of Shalid Alam.

In view of the submissions made in the modification petition, the same is allowed and order dated 20.7.2021 stands modified to the extent mentioned above.
