Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 364(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is kidnapping the minor son of the informant. The victim in his statement has suggested that this petitioner injected him to sedate.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been roped in the present case.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within a

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24017 of 2015 (2) dt.10-07-2015 2/2 period of six weeks in connection with K. Hat P.S. Case No. 172 of 2015, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea.
