Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Noor Sarai P.S. Case No.118 of 2022 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner has already been terminated from service and he is not attending the school nor discharging any duty. In support

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40261 of 2022(7) dt.16-02-2023 2/2 thereof, second supplementary affidavit has been filed. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in connection with Noor Sarai P.S.
