Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.712(C ) of 2005, (Tr. No.423 of 2018) , registered for offences punishable under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioners happens to be Dewar and Nand of the complainant and the case is under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.
Both the parties are appearing and jointly submitted that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37798 of 2019(5) dt.19-09-2019 2/2 the case has been compromised and a compromise petition has been filed before the SDJM, West Champaran at Bettiah and the fact of the same has also been produced in the Court. Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, this application is allowed and the provisional bail granted to the petitioners, vide order dated 25.6.2019 is confirmed.
