Petitioner is accused in connection with Mofassil P.S. Case No. 531 of 2016 registered under Section 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that petitioner allegations have been levelled without there being any audit report. In fact, petitioner had filed an application against Block Education Officer who threatened and realized illegal amount from the petitioner and other teachers in course of inspection. Residents of the concerned ward have also certified that there has been proper distribution of the mid day meal.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10843 of 2017 (2) dt.24-03-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Mofassil P.S. Case No. 531 of 2016.
