ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 04-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 11.09.2017 in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No.306 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that taking into consideration the period of custody and that the recovery was not made from his conscious possession, the petitioner may be extended the privilege of regular bail. It is further submitted that there are some other cases, in which the petitioner has already been extended the privilege of bail.
