JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 15-02-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Ali Nagar P.S. Case No. 93 of 2020 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 337,338, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration the nature of allegations and that death has been caused and investigation is pending, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. This application is dismissed.
