Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Madhepur P.S. Case No. 19 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, the accused persons assaulted the informant, who is priest of a temple. The petitioner assaulted the informant with brickbat on his head but it hit at his mouth and sustained serious injuries.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Madhepur P.S. Case No. 19 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

1. If the petitioner is found involved in any other case of similar nature, the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel his bail bond.

2. The petitioner shall appear on each and every date fixed in the court below, failing which his bail bond shall stand cancelled.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) kundan/-Nirmal U T
