JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 07-09-2015 The petitioner has sought a direction that the Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan should be constructed on a particular piece of land in Mauza Patwasarai whereas the respondents after enquiry found that the construction was to be made in village Jamuawan falling in the same Gram Panchayat for which lands were available and also recommended.
A dispute like this cannot be raised in the form in which the writ petition has been filed. Further, such dispute cannot be resolved in writ petition.
