JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 25-09-2018 Present application, which is filed in the year 2012, has been preferred to recall the order dated 17.02.2012 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in Letters Patent Appeal No. 2004 of 2011, by which the Division Bench has dismissed the said Letters Patent Appeal as being time barred and as the limitation petition was dismissed.

Even after period of six years, none has remained present. Even otherwise, considering the averments made in the application, no case is made out to recall the order dated 17.02.2012 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in Letters Patent Appeal No. 2004 of 2011 as the said appeal was dismissed on the ground of limitation on the limitation petition being dismissed.
