2. This application has been filed for modification of order dated 03.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9069 of 2023.

3. The petitioner was granted regular bail vide order dated 03.05.2023 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 9069 of 2023.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that address of the petitioner in the Aadhar Card is of Ranchi and the father of the petitioner is Pradip Gope @ Pradeep Gope @ Pradeep Kumar Gope but in the bail petition the address of the petitioner was mentioned as " R/O of Bakura, P.S.- Kirwan, District- Purulia, West Bengal."

5. In the aforesaid circumstances, the modification petition is allowed and the name of the father of the petitioner shall be read as "Pradip Gope @ Pradeep Gope @ Pradeep Kumar Gope" and the address as provided in the modification petition is quoted here in below:- "R/o Village-Devagram, P.S- Kuncha, District-Purulia(West Bengal). At present R/O Koyla Vihar Burdhwan Compound, Lalpur Ranchi, Post-Ranchi G.P.O, P.S. Ranchi Town, District-Ranchi (Jharkhand)."

6. This modification application stands allowed and the same shall be considered by the court below and bail bond of the petitioner shall be accepted.
