04.08.2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The Petitioner is in jail custody since 11.04.2016 and seeks bail in a case registered for the offences under Sections 420, 379 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation against the petitioner is that she cheated the Informant and several others by calling herself as "Bhaktin" and subsequently she fled away with the ornaments and other articles of the victim. Moreover, the Informant claims that he along with others caught the petitioner at Dhaka Azad Chowk.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner was caught by Informant and others on mere suspicion and even after completion of the investigation

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30229 of 2016 (2) dt.04-08-2016 police failed to recover the so-called stolen ornaments. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the Petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 5,000/- (Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sikarhana at Dhaka, East Champaran in connection with Chiraiyan P.S. Case No. 67 of 2016.
