JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This is a petition for grant of regular bail for the offences under Sections 272, 273, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. Four persons were apprehended on suspicion including the petitioner. On identification of the arrested person more than 100 litres of counter made liquor was recovered from beneath the bush.

The petitioner is in custody since 15.12.2016. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of four months of custody, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
